Josh Bokor

Josh Bokor is Chief of Staff at HealthBook+ where he focuses on corporate strategy and development activities that deliver on the company’s vision to leverage technologies that allow individuals to own their health.
Josh has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on finance, strategy, and business development. He was previously director of strategy at Shields Health Solutions (a specialty pharmacy accelerator, acquired by Walgreens in 2022). Before his time at Shields, he was an investment banker at Bank of America, where he advised healthcare services companies on capital raising and M&A activities.
Having earned his Bachelor in Business Administration from Emory University – Goizueta Business School, Josh is active within the not-for-profit healthcare community as a board member and finance committee chair at Wexner Heritage Village.
