Some challenges we need your help solving

  • You can help us add channel partners who can resell MyHB+ into their employer accounts.
  • Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
  • Identify, recruit, and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

Your Role
  • You should have a deep understanding of how employee benefit brokers and consultant’s work.
  • Strong understanding of health and wellness plan a plus.
  • As a strategist, you’ll partner with the exec team. You’ll define and effectively communicate a long-term vision and inspire the team and our partners around that shared vision.
  • Genuinely empathetic and kind, you enjoy helping others level up.
  • You have experience making channel partners wiser, more successful, and happier.
  • Proven intuition about when to be scrappy and when to be thorough.
  • An affinity for ambiguity, open-ended problems, and wildly difficult challenges.
  • A love of cross-functional collaboration and the ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal team members.
  • Solid ability to say “no” and help people understand your “why.”
  • Contribute to a product with impact that solves problems for a global audience.

Channel Partner Sales skills and qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Health system and latest technologies used by health providers, health payors, and employers wellness a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quota under pressure.

Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience channel sales
  • 3 years experience working in start-up environments
  • Experience in healthcare or employee benefits a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Passion for excellent Customer Service.
  • Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written).
